Arizona Revised Statues requires sellers to disclose military airport locations with their noise/safety zone contours. It does not require agents to carry military airport maps in their cars. We are receiving calls asking about the fine for NOT carrying a Luke AFB map in Surprise. There is no ordinance in Surprise requiring this and to the best of our knowledge Surprise Police are not pulling over real estate licensees for this reason.
