We have a new chat feature on our new website. You'll find this in the bottom right corner of the home page. Just above the tab to click to chat, it says "Let's Talk". When someone from our team is available to assist you online, you'll see "Online" written in green on the grey tab. When we're not available, you may see "Away" or "Offline".

"Offline" is generally shown after hours. We're receiving notice from many members thinking that this means the website is down or your not able to log into your weserv.realtor account. Please note that this is related only to the chat feature and displays our availability to interact within the online chat.

"Away" is used when we've stepped away momentarily and will return shortly.
"Online" means we're available to respond to you online.

We're not able to change the terms used. We apologize for the confusion. 

If you want to send us a message through the online chat when we're offline, you can click on the "Offline" tab, enter your name, email address, and message, then click the email icon. This will send us an email. We can then respond to you during business hours. You can also send us a message through our website through the Contact Us link above the WeSERV logo in the top left or at the bottom of many of our site pages.
