Real Estate Agent Magzine Splash

It has been a busy year for seasoned agents, new agents and brokerages in expansion mode. It reminds me of 2005. I think it is safe to say that there are many agents that have jumped on the bandwagon and will jump off as soon as the market corrects. As an industry I think we have to keep reminding ourselves and teach others how to practice good solid ethical business regardless of the pressure to build, compete and expand.

Many of us have the wisdom of the past and it is important to bring that to the attention of the new agents. I will not forget 2008. It was the biggest and most humbling learning experience of my career. The agents who worked through the crash, took the time to learn what was needed to help their clients, found that is also helped their business. It was not easy but necessary and I for one feel that those who stayed the course are all better and more capable agents today.

In am excited to share the story of a seasoned owner and broker who has grace, wisdom and a strong ethical and moral compass to guide her group at Turning Point Realty.
