ABR® - Accredited Buyer's Representative

The ABR® Designation: For Real Estate Buyer Agents

The Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation is for real estate buyer's agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process.

When you decide to earn your ABR®, you gain:

Valuable real estate education that elevates your skills and knowledge in the eyes of home buyers.
Ongoing specialized information, programs, and updates that keep you knowledgeable on the issues and trends facing home buyers.
Access to members-only publications, marketing tools and resources.
Networking and referral opportunities

Before applying to become an ABR®, you must complete the ABR® core course, one elective option, and five (5) transactions. Many of these elective options also count toward other designation or certification requirements. Please scroll down to see our upcoming ABR® and elective course options.

REBAC Dues: The first year of REBAC membership is free. The second year is $110, but prorated based on the month you join REBAC. Dues are $110 annually thereafter.
