About this Event
In this course, students will learn the appropriate contract clauses and lending options for different types of properties, current regulations, as well as special financing options and what students need to be aware of when filling out the contract. We will discuss what students need to know to differentiate between condo and a townhome and why it matters. Also, we will go over the current loan limits, the impact of credit scores, and the latest underwriting guidelines.
