Cyber Security in the Real Estate Industry

Khester Kendrick
Khester Kendrick has been in the technology industry since 1994 working in electronic communications, mobility, information technology, information assurance, and cybersecurity. Completing a graduate degree in both Business and Cyber Security with honors, he is currently completing a Ph.D. in Information Technology with an emphasis in Cyber Security. A technical reviewer for Cengage’s Cyber Analyst textbook he is considered a subject matter expert. Along with his current position as a Professor of Cyber Security at Grand Canyon University he provides oversight to the Cyber Center of Excellence; an ethical penetration cyber warfare range.

Research interests include blockchain, social engineering, data vulnerability, and artificial intelligence/machine learning. Currently, he is researching the practical reduction of fraud within the real estate industry using multi-factor authentication within a secure communication application. Highlights include using knowledge, tools, and techniques to lower vulnerable systems, practices, and people within the industry.
