About this Event
Even a small act of kindness can leave a lasting impression. That’s what leaders do. They inspire, motivate, encourage, and coach. But what is a leader, and how do you become one?Through several real-life experiences, participants will hear how effective leaders take action when no one else will; how they make informed decisions and don’t wait for perfect solutions; and how they serve others with humility.
Importantly, being a leader is not about you! It is about the team, the people you are entrusted to lead. A leader genuinely cares about them. And most of all, they always do the right thing. Leadership isn’t about formal titles. It is about how you act, listen, and treat others. Being a leader is a lifelong learning experience. Enjoy the journey!
