The NAR Clear Cooperation Policy will be in effect at ARMLS® as of Monday, April 6, 2020. What is Clear Cooperation? Simply stated, if a property is marketed publicly, the MLS must be one of your marketing channels. The rule doesn’t prohibit specific business practices; rather, it acts as a trigger for when a property should be in the MLS. Attend this Lunch & Learn to gain insight on this Policy and the new Coming Soon status. Bring your questions.
