Help Spread Some Much Needed Holiday Cheer

It's the most wonderful time of the year! The holiday season is upon us, and WeSERV Member Engagement Committee is proud to present its annual Festival of Trees donation drive. The celebration fosters the opportunity for our Association to assist families in need with some much needed holiday cheer.

This year, WeSERV partnered with the Boys and Girls Club and La Mesa Ministries, to donate artificial holiday trees with full-sets of decorations to help families in the Chapters we serve. We’re also working with a few elementary schools in our surrounding areas.

With your donations, these organizations can present families throughout our Chapters with a holiday tree that they can use for years to come. It's a magical experience to bring joy to someone's home, especially after such a troubling year.

You can donate a tree-set, including decorations, or make a monetary donation. When shopping for a full tree-set, please include a 6-7 foot pre-lit artificial tree, ornaments (10 per foot of the tree), ornament hooks, tree skirt, tree topper, extension cord, and a 5-gallon plastic bin to store the decorations. You can contribute any dollar amount you wish.

To provide a complete tree-set to a family in need, please donate all of the items on the checklist with a tote large enough to store the decorations. Groups of people can also cumulatively donate items to create tree-sets.

Donation & Volunteer Form 
Help us determine how many families we can help in each of our Chapters. Pledge your donation before you drop off a tree. If you’re contributing monetarily or volunteering to deliver trees, please note it in the donation and volunteer form. A WeSERV team member will contact you about how to donate.
 

Important Dates & Locations

Tree Drop-Off: Monday-Friday, from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., now-Friday, November 20
Tree Drop-Off Locations: Any WeSERV Chapter Location
Tree Delivery to Organizations: Monday, November 30-Friday, December 4
