Are you new to real estate or want a refresher on a specific topic?

The Open for Business Series is designed to help new REALTORS® be successful with tips and tricks for any situation. Experienced agents can also increase their knowledge by practicing skills and concepts that are introduced through this series. You can start with any class.

Open for Business: Business Planning

Having a written plan is also key to your success. In this goal setting class, agents will walk away with a written plan which will include the following:

• Number of Closed Transactions per year
• Number of Appointments that must be set
• Gross Commission Incomer
• Number of relationships needed in their database

Mark will also cover the many ways to prospect and grow your business and select minimum of 3 prospecting activities to master.
