Broker Management Clinic Course #2
This course covers:
- Broker policy development
- Establishment of broker policies
- Practical application enforcing policies
- Emphasis on those policies which ADRE has identified as common complaints/violations to avoid
ATTENTION BROKERS:
Beginning January 1, 2013, ADRE requires all New Broker Applicants, Associate Brokers becoming a Designated Broker, Self Employed Broker or Delegated Associate Broker, and Designated Brokers, Self Employed Brokers and Delegated Associate Brokers renewing their license to complete these 3 Broker Management Clinic courses.
If you took the previous 3-hour Broker Management Clinic class since your last renewal and prior to December 31, 2012 you do not need to take these courses. You will need to complete all three courses for your following license renewal.
These three required courses can be taken individually in any order or within the full-day schedule. Watch our event calendar for additional presentations of these courses.
