GRI: The Anatomy of the Code of Ethics

About this Event
Do you know your duties to your clients as a REALTOR®?This course walks you step-by-step through the fundamentals of the Code of Ethics in your business practice. Learn your responsibilities as a REALTOR®, the concepts of ethics and how that applies to real estate in a meaningful way. We'll compare the obligations of the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice to the Commissioner’s Standards and Arizona Revised Statutes through the use of case studies. You'll get a brief overview of the Professional Standards Process, as well as procuring cause.
This class meets the NAR Code of Ethics Training requirement.
GRI Designee: Please contact Education to register for $30.
Please Note: The class material is copyrighted and is not to be shared.
Keep in mind…you DO NOT have to be working towards a GRI® designation to take this class. To learn more about the GRI designation, visit www.azgri.com.
Cancellation: Tuition will be refunded less a $25.00 service charge, if written notification is received two weeks prior to class. After two weeks, no refunds will be given.

Presentation Notice
This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Zoom information to join the class will be shared in a reminder email the day before and the day of class.
IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
Per ADRE remote class guidelines for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.

We’ll email your CE certificate to you within two business days after class completion.
