Explore how to fulfill your disclosure obligations in a real estate transaction and explore the due diligence responsibilities of the parties from an attorney and REALTOR® perspective.YOU’LL LEARN HOW TO:
- Avoid the risks associated with failing to make the required disclosures to clients and non-clients.
- Identify required seller disclosures as required by common law and Arizona statute.
- Identify items required to be disclosed by buyers in a transaction.
- Understand how the Buyer Advisory can reduce liability.
- Avoid risks associated with inspections and investigations.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received prior to October 12, 2021 will receive a partial refund, less a $25 admin fee. Cancellations received after 10/12/2021, are not eligible for any refund. No-shows forfeit all fees.
IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
Per ADRE remote class guidelines for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late. learn more
