Learn the difference between Fair Housing and ADA laws. Discuss how HUD rulings and court cases impact the practice of home building, commercial building design, and real estate sales and leasing. Our guest panel will share the real estate industry best practices and tools for compliance.Our first panel guests, Fennimore Craig Attorneys Alexis Glascock and Bruna Pedrini, will update us on Fair Housing, ADA and Disparate Impact issues.
Our second panel will be HUD and Southwest Fair Housing Council. Learn the details of new HUD guidance and how HUD testers at SW Fair Housing Council determine Fair Housing violations. It is your chance to learn from the rule creator (HUD) and the rule tester – what best practices do you need for your business?
