President's Roundtable

If you sold over $2.5 million in sales volume in 2021 while a WeSERV member, you can qualify for an award. Please review the awards policy to determine what award you may qualify for and which category to enter.

Awards Entry: $30, plus $25 Luncheon Admission ($55)
Event Admission: $55

Submit your event registration or application fee payment with your 2021 sales transactions entry form by 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 24, 2022, to be considered as an award recipient of WeSERV.

Submit for an Award

Please complete the first page of the awards entry form and include it with your sales summary. Proof of sales volume should be submitted in the form of your ARMLS® Agent Listing Activity Report. Instruction on how to retrieve your report is included with the awards entry application.

If you haven't received a receipt confirmation for your entry from our events team within 48 business hours of submitting your entry, we haven't received it. Please resubmit or contact Events to confirm.

YPN 40 Under Under 40 Award

The awards consist of 25 INDIVIDUAL awards, 10 TEAM awards, and 5 MEGA Team awards. The individuals and teams who are nominated this year will have a chance to be award recipients during our annual President's Roundtable & Sales Awards and Young Professionals Network (YPN) 40 Under 40 Awards Luncheon!

When you nominate a REALTOR® under the age of 40, we'll send them the information and application for the THREE options.

WeSERV Good Neighbor Award

Are you impacting your community or on the national or world through volunteer work? Then, you have a chance to win $500 for your community cause. Apply by 3 p.m. on Monday, March 7.
 
We'll recognize up to five WeSERV members at the President's Roundtable & Sales Awards and YPN 40 Under 40 Awards Luncheon. Then, we'll submit these recipients for the NAR Good Neighbor Awards. The grants will be issued only to U.S. 501(c)3 nonprofit organizations.

Sponsorship and Reserved Table Opportunities

Show your support! WeSERV affiliates and brokers can sponsor this event. Table reservations are also available. Reserve tables to keep your brokerage award recipients together, or affiliates can invite their clients to sit at their table. Contact Events at 623-889-3781 with your questions. Please complete the printed agreement to choose to sponsor or reserve tables.
