About this Event
In this class, you’ll learn the laws and trends involving short-term rentals in Arizona, including the legal landscape of operating a short-term rental within an HOA community. We’ll discuss the best practices to follow if you want to operate a short-term rental and possible strategies to successfully prevent another homeowner from using their home as a short-term rental. We’ll review real-life examples illustrating the “dos and don’ts” involving short-term rentals.Presentation Notice
This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Zoom information to join the class will be shared in a reminder email the day before and the day of class.
IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
Per ADRE remote class guidelines for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.

We’ll email your CE certificate to you within two business days after class completion.

Then he attended the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University, where he served as the Managing Editor for the Arizona State Law Journal. Benjamin is an experienced attorney who has handled hundreds of real estate, business, and commercial cases. His 13-plus-year legal career has been highlighted by numerous court victories and successful settlements for his clients in various commercial litigation and real estate matters. Benjamin is also an ADRE-approved instructor who regularly teaches real estate law courses to real estate agents throughout the Valley.
