Learn how to prepare, plan, and promote your open house. We'll focus on the area's history and ways to gain leads before the open house itself. Because leads are not just about capturing email addresses and names, we'll discuss scripts to engage with visitors during your open house, performing a needs analysis, and setting appointments as needed.Are you new to real estate or want a refresher on a specific topic?
The Open for Business Series is designed to help new REALTORS® be successful with tips and tricks for any situation. Experienced agents can also increase their knowledge by practicing skills and concepts that are introduced through this series. You can start with any class.

Instructor
Mark Poisson
Mark is a US Navy Veteran. He was licensed initially as a REALTOR® in 2002 and was Rookie of the Year. Mark built a team and won many Million Dollar Producer awards. He became a Productivity Coach for Market Center in 2007, coaching, mentoring, and training while running a successful real estate business.
In 2010, First American Title recruited Mark, where he continued to hone his coaching and teaching skills for the next 13 years. In 2023, he formed the Set Sail Group real estate team at eXp Realty with his wife and business partner Judy Chasse, where they continue to coach, train, and mentor REALTORS® to reach their levels of success.
