About this Event
Are you just slapping together offers for your buyers? Are you tired of receiving incomplete offers on your listings? This class is designed to have agents understand it is time to bring the 'A' game to the table. The Residential Purchase Contract was designed for buyer's agents to advocate for their clients presenting an offer that reflects their needs. It was not to be brought to the sellers half done and ambiguous but fully transparent of the buyer's demands as a negotiating instrument.You will learn:
- a well written offer is your fiduciary duty
- write to impress and win the contract
- learn what you should know prior to writing an offer
- how to present to the other side professionally
- learn what a complete offer actually looks like
Presentation Notice
This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Zoom information to join the class will be shared in a reminder email the day before and the day of class.Per ADRE guidelines, for CE credit, you cannot join the class more than 10 minutes late. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name for the duration of the course. We’ll email your CE certificate to you within two business days after class completion.
