Per Arizona state laws, you need to disclose your agency relationship before ever entering a real estate conversation. We’ll discuss how to make this part of your standard of practice, break down how your fiduciary duties are part of your unique value proposition, and develop an understanding of when an agency relationship is created.- Understanding YOUR Fiduciary Duties.
