Last day to pay dues and late fee to avoid becoming a non-member and an added $45 reconnect fee.

If payment isn't received, membership status is changed to Non-Member. Payment now includes a $60 late fee and a $45 reconnect fee. Individual Access to MLS, Supra Key, TransactionDesk®, zipForm®, eSign, and all REALTOR® Association benefits are disabled.

For brokers and non-members remaining with unpaid dues (either by the REALTOR® or the Designated REALTOR®), the Designated REALTOR® is inactivated, and your ARMLS® access is in jeopardy of suspension for your ENTIRE office. (This means regardless if one or most agents have paid their dues, just one remaining unpaid agent (or broker) can cause the entire office to lose ARMLS® access. The broker AND all agents must be paid before Thursday, February 29, 2024, to avoid interruption.
