As an Arizona native and a seasoned real estate professional Chris has been working in Phoenix real estate for over 30 years. He has sold or funded over 1 billion dollars of real estate. His clients often describe him as detail-oriented, proactive, and fun to be around.

Chris has a Finance Degree and has owned and operated a mortgage company for over 20 years. He has bought, sold, rented, remodeled, contracted, and financed Real Estate.

I have bought, sold, rented, remodeled, and financed Real Estate. My family developed raw land, sold, and financed homes before Arizona became a state. They were Entrepreneurs. Their slogan: "We Sell Homes and Land under the great Roosevelt Dam," and my family loved doing it.

After obtaining a college degree in Finance and learning my chops with 10,000+ hours first as a Realtor®, next as a Mortgage Lender and then Owner of a large regional Mortgage Company, the same entrepreneurial spirit hit me again. It started with one question. How can I make buying, selling, and getting a home loan, faster smoother, and less of a hassle for the buyer and the seller?

With more than 25 years of experience and over a billion dollars in successfully closed transactions, I am
