Susan Bao

After graduating high school and moving from Connecticut to the Phoenix area she pursued a career in banking. Only ten years in the industry, she was hired to manage a start up bank in Chandler
with success in turning a profit within the first year.
With her successful record Susan was offered a position with a savings & loan in the real estate division. She ultimately become the real estate operations manager for a large local bank over the
real estate division which she enjoyed until major bank mergers which needed her to move out of state to continue in that career path.

Susan made the decision to pursue a career in real estate sales and has been happily and successfully selling homes, now for 35 years. Never looking back she’s successfully made it through
two recessions, opened her own real estate company in 2008, acting as owner/broker during the worst market since the Great Depression. A large national real estate company pursued acquiring the company in 2014 due to her success, which she agreed was perfect timing for a change.

She and her husband always wanted to live in a smaller mountain community and made the change late 2016.They enjoyed seven years before returning to the valley In 2023.

Sue is not all work and no play! During her leisure time, she loves spending time with her family and keeps mentally and physically “balanced” with playing cards, board games, bowling, working out
and leaves time for creative writing.
