Susie Higgins

I was born in Mexico, moved to Arizona as a teenager, and have lived in the valley surrounding Phoenix for 22 years. I have been married for 16 years. My husband is a native of Arizona and works as a financial planner. Together we are raising two wonderful sons, aged 6 and 10. Outside of real estate, I am an outdoor enthusiast with a love for family, friends, animals, flowers, music, food, and traveling.
I was raised in a working-class family where I developed a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit that laid the foundation for the success I have achieved in life. My drive and commitment to excellence yielded academic scholarships and led to me becoming a business owner. I successfully started and ran a residential and commercial cleaning business for almost a decade.
Since 2019, I have dedicated my time to the real estate industry. I spent the very beginning of my career learning from the top real estate teams in Arizona which have been instrumental in elevating my skillset. I am truly committed to offering exceptional services through a professional yet personable approach to ensure the best customer experience for every one of my clients. I have made it my mission to provide such an amazing experience for my clients buying or selling their homes so they can have the confidence to refer me to their friends and family members.
