I am honored to be selected to be a nominee for the Board of Directors of WeMAR, I am excited to have the opportunity to bring my knowledge, experience and background to assist WeMAR further grow and expand over the upcoming years. Andrew Monaghan, Native of Ireland came to the United States in 1989, with a background in the upper end of the Hotel industry, in 2001, he chose to bring the skills and knowledge that he learned to the Real estate profession. Through the belief in constant learning and growth he joined a team of a successful agent where he learned the real estate industry in the west valley, He joined Keller Williams Professional partners in 2005. Along with His Wife, Mandi, He currently leads a large, top producing, successful real estate team in the west valley, He is a Business Coach with KW MAPS. He has consistently been ranked in the Top 1% of real estate agents in ARMLS®, primarily in the Valley, and has also been named in the Wall Street Journal Top Agents nationwide. He’s a member of the exclusive Gary Keller Mastermind group. A strong believer in Growth, Education and Constant Improvement in both Real Estate and leadership. He resides in Glendale, Arizona and is passionate about serving his clients and fellow agents by assisting them in reaching their real estate goals. He enjoys hiking, traveling, golf, giving back and most importantly, time with his wife and children!
