Tylesha Teruel

Newly licensed, but not new to real estate Tylesha Teruel REALTOR® is an Arizona native and real estate professional who is comfortable working with diverse populations.  Growing up in Tucson and moving to Phoenix during her high school years gives her a unique perspective of the state.  Tylesha has an extensive background in healthcare and psychology that has equipped her to be a good listener with excellent customer service skills. She uses these skills along with the knowledge acquired obtaining her Masters’ degree to analyze market conditions and leverage her clients’ desires as negotiating power in any market.
 
Outside of Real Estate Tylesha owns an outpatient mental health center where she and her colleagues serve clients with mental health needs, disadvantaged youth, and those in recovery by helping them become functionally independent and successful citizens of our communities.  Tylesha’s commitment to service, professionalism, and community is driven by her passion to help change lives and make people’s dreams come true. When it comes to hard work and dedication Tylesha is up for the challenge and ready help buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
