Carmen Duenas

C Michelle Holder Duenas is a fourth-generation Arizonan who grew up on a cattle ranch in central AZ, outside of Globe. After graduating from Globe High School, Michelle received an academic scholarship to attend Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where she obtained an associate degree in physical education and Native American Studies. She then transferred to Arizona State University and graduated with honors with a bachelor’s degree in Recreation Management and a certification in Nonprofit Studies with Nonprofit Leadership Alliance (CNP designation). Michelle currently works for Wynwood Management Services, Inc. in property management. Prior to that, Michelle worked for Boys & Girls Clubs of the East Valley in Tempe, AZ in various leadership capacities for over 23 years. Michelle holds State of Arizona and State of Florida Brokers’ licenses. Michelle is employed by Pro Smart Realty in Gilbert, AZ. Michelle is the co-founder and partner of HDI Partners, LLC, a full-service, concierge Real Estate Brokerage company based in Florida. Michelle is also a Master Instructor with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and is co-founder and partner of BAM! Empowerment Consulting, LLC, specializing in training, professional development, consulting, grant writing and special event management. Michelle’s skills and expertise are in the following areas: property management, real estate, risk management, facility management, training & professional development, marketing & networking, collaborative partnership cultivation, special event management and problem solving. Michelle’s hobbies include spending time with her family, traveling, exploring the outdoors, reading, family history, empowering others, and crossing off items on her Bucket List!
