My GOAL is to make the home buying/selling process as smooth & enjoyable as possible while providing the best possible representation to my clients. 20+ plus years of experience in real estate and residential mortgage lending helps me guide my clients through each transaction to reaching that goal. I began my real estate career in Arizona in 1980. After a move to Washington state in the late 1980's I worked in mortgage lending for several years. In 1995, I returned to real estate as a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Bain in Redmond, Washington. In 2004 earned my broker license in Washington. In addition to representing sellers and buyers in their real estate transactions, I was a member of Coldwell Banker Bain Relocation Team, and also represented home builders in the sale of their new homes and in the management of their new home communities. After moving back to Phoenix in 2020 I became a licensed real estate in Arizona again in 2023 and am pleased to continue my association with Coldwell Banker by affiliating as a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty in Goodyear, Arizona.
