Kathleen Anderson

Kathleen "Kathy" Anderson is a residential real estate professional that is a newer resident to Arizona, having relocated to the southeast side of the Valley in 2023. She and her family came to Arizona from Illinois to be closer to family and enjoy beautiful weather year round. Kathy and her family have enjoyed exploring the Valley, attending sporting events, hiking and seeing all of the wonderful beauty of Arizona.

Kathy is a retired law enforcement executive, serving over 26 years in a large western suburb of Chicago, Illinois. Rising through the ranks of the police department has allowed Kathy to develop a strong background in customer service, negotiations, and strategy. This enables her to offer exceptional customer service, value communication, and to work with a wide variety of team members and clients.

Kathy holds a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Business Administration. She is a graduate of the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command.

In her personal life, Kathy is a proud wife and mother to two adult sons. Her older son is a long term pediatric cancer survivor. Kathy and her family have been involved in volunteering and fundraising efforts with the St. Baldrick's Foundation and the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Finding a cure for pediatric cancer and assisting pediatric cancer survivors live a higher quality of life is a cause very near to her heart.
