Southeast Valley Sponsorship Opportunities

As a WeSERV Affiliate member, you qualify to sponsor continuing education (CE) classes that are offered at WeSERV. These Southeast Valley sponsorship opportunities present the perfect way to network with new clients and build beneficial business relationships.

Your Sponsorship Includes:
  • Sponsors' names are displayed on the website online registration
  • Recognition on marketing emails as classes we promote to members
  • Recognition on student reminders
  • Class roster provided immediately following the class
  • Sponsors are welcome to provide marketing materials to students

Non-Food Sponsorship Information & Guidelines

  • Each sponsor has precisely two (2) minutes to speak before the start of the class.
  • Morning classes start at 9:00 AM and afternoon classes begin at 1:00 PM (Please note that times may vary depending on the class schedule).
  • Sponsors are welcome to stay during the class to meet and network with students during their breaks.
  • Be prepared no later than 15 minutes before the start of class.
  • Only one (1) company type/category per sponsorship

Food Sponsorship Information & Guidelines

Thank you for volunteering to bring food to a WeSERV Southeast Valley class/event. Our members appreciate the contribution you are making to their learning environment.

Please note, Blue Ribbon Affiliates take the lead on food classes. If you would like to assist, please contact a Blue Ribbon Affiliate directly.
  • Food sponsors are allowed to speak for 2 minutes per sponsor at the beginning of class time.
  • The sponsor(s) may also stay for the remainder of the class to network with the attendees.
  • All sponsors must provide plates, cutlery, napkins, or anything else needed.
  • Food must be catered or purchased. Due to health regulations and food allergies, we cannot allow homemade food.
  • If you are bringing lunch, please provide a vegetarian option.
  • Healthy options are always appreciated.

Sponsorship Cost

Affiliate members will be asked to pay $150 per class that they are sponsoring at WeSERV Southeast Valley. It does not apply to food sponsors. Do you want to sponsor a class? Email education@sevrar.com or complete the form below for more information.
