Fair Housing Training Required for License Renewal

Every renewing real estate licensee (REALTOR® or not) in Arizona is required to take at least 3 clock hours of fair housing training. Check the calendar for Fair Housing classes offered by WeSERV.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS – Zoom Delivery

Per ADRE guidelines for remote classes offering CE credit, you must remain in camera view throughout the course. To confirm your attendance and identity, your video must be on, and your first and last name displayed via Zoom for the entire class. Treat the remote class as if you were attending in person. Mobile devices cannot be used to complete the course. You must be stationary at a desk or table, with the instructor able to maintain visual and audio contact at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start; late arrivals will not be admitted.
