When you join a WeSERV committee, you’re taking action to impact your Association and your community. Our committees provide members the opportunity to enhance the WeSERV experience and to continue to elevate our mission to provide services that lead to member prosperity.

Affiliate Committee

Provides WeSERV members with products and services as well as offering networking and business growth opportunities. Plans and conducts Affiliate Events; assists in the coordination of many Association functions and other special activities.

Commercial Committee

To provide commercial specific, timely, and relevant information, education, and networking opportunities to WeSERV REALTOR® membership.

Community Involvement

Builds and maintains positive relationships through community outreach and involvement.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Evaluates and considers ways to develop membership and leadership in ways that reflect the demographic make-up of emerging markets in the community and helps members position themselves to sell to those markets. Build a more substantial presence in the community, particularly in neighborhoods with high concentrations of foreign-born and other minority residents moving up the socioeconomic ladder and buying homes.

Global Business & Alliances Council

To provide members with information and resources to assist them in working with buyers and sellers from different cultures and countries. The Council meets to educate members on economic and cultural issues involved in international real estate transactions, provide information regarding international real estate issues, offer international networking opportunities, and promote education programs on cultural diversity.

Government Affairs

Engages in discussion and consideration of issues pertaining to personal property rights, property ownership, right to private contract, and the business environment within WeSERV jurisdiction and Arizona. Monitors local legislation and recommends positions, in concert with Arizona REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®; Responsible for contacting members AR and NAR Calls to Action, provides a forum for local issues to be brought to the attention of WeSERV.

Marketing Home Tours

Considers and makes recommendations to the Board of Trustees concerning the Marketing Home Tours program in the Southeast Valley and ensures the coordination of tours and processes.

Member Engagement

The Member Engagement Committee strives to identify opportunities to engage members in Association events and programs while recognizing members for their accomplishments and support of the Association and the local community. Through solicited member feedback, the Member Engagement Committee works to provide services, activities, and initiatives that communicate and deliver member value and drive participation within the Association and communities we serve to improve the member experience.

Professional Development

Collaborates to create and provide the most relevant professional development opportunities that will have the most significant impact on members’ lives and careers, so they may thrive in any market. Evaluates and recommends various methods, topics, and instructors to foster the most professional, well-informed, and successful REALTORS®, brokerages, and affiliate members.

Young Professionals Network

Recommends, organizes, and implements programs that help young real estate professionals excel in their careers, including idea exchange opportunities and encouragement to become involved in the Association's core areas.
