When you join a WeSERV committee, you’re taking action to impact your Association and your community. Our committees provide members the opportunity to enhance the WeSERV experience and to continue to elevate our mission to provide services that lead to member prosperity.

Community Involvement (CIC)

Brings members together to give back to the communities WeSERV serves through fundraisers, events, and various drives and works to bring communities together to solve local problems within association jurisdiction.

Liaison: Tonya Deskins 

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

Engages members in a wide variety of activities, educates to raise awareness of the community's diversity, cultivates leaders, works toward eliminating discriminatory practices, and helps members fulfill the dream of home and property ownership for all. WeSERV understands that any action taken in the arena improves WeSERV, its members, and the communities we serve and becomes an example to associations across the country.

Global Business & Alliances Council (GBAC)

Utilizes and expands our global initiatives to become an invaluable resource for our members.

Government Affairs (GAC)

Provides a platform for members to consider issues in personal property rights, property ownership, and the business environment within association jurisdiction.

Marketing Home Tours

Provides a forum to educate the agents on current market trends, property inventory, and topical events of the WeSERV Southeast Valley community.

Member Engagement (MEC)

Strives to identify opportunities to engage members in association events and programs, bring members together to strengthen our WeSERV communities and cultures, and recognize members for their accomplishments and association and community involvement. In addition, the Member Engagement Committee discusses and evaluates WeSERV services, activities, initiatives, and communications to improve the WeSERV experience, deliver membership value, and drive participation within the association and communities we serve.

Professional Development (PDC)

Creates and provides the most relevant professional development opportunities that will have the most significant impact on members' lives and careers so that they may thrive in any market. The committee discusses and recommends various methods, topics, and instructors to have the most professional, well-informed, and successful REALTORS®, brokers, and affiliate members.

REALTORS® of Arizona Political Action Committee (RAPAC)

Brings members together to educate and fundraise for RAPAC and provides members with various opportunities to invest and promote the REALTOR® Party.

Young Professionals Network (YPN)

Identifies, equips, and mobilizes future real estate leaders by developing events and industry initiatives geared toward improving our communities.
