Fair Housing Training Required for License Renewal
REALTORS® are required to complete Fair Housing / Anti-Bias Training upon becoming a member and every 3 years thereafter, coinciding with the Code of Ethics training timeline. This requirement is in addition to the Code of Ethics training. Qualified training must be of not less than 2 hours of instructional time. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®. This requirement began January 1, 2025, with a deadline of December 31, 2027. NAR and WeSERV offer classes that fulfill this requirement. However, not all Fair Housing continuing education courses meet the new NAR requirement. Please refer to our NAR Fair Housing Training class schedule to find eligible courses.
IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS – Zoom Delivery
Per ADRE guidelines for remote classes offering CE credit, you must remain in camera view throughout the course. To confirm your attendance and identity, your video must be on, and your first and last name displayed via Zoom for the entire class. Treat the remote class as if you were attending in person. Mobile devices cannot be used to complete the course. You must be stationary at a desk or table, with the instructor able to maintain visual and audio contact at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start; late arrivals will not be admitted.
