Showcase and Preview Listings

WeSERV Marketing Home Tours are an excellent opportunity to showcase and preview listings, gain feedback, network with fellow REALTORS®, and, ultimately, sell homes throughout the communities you serve.

Attend and add listings to the tours at no cost.

Everyone is welcome! You don’t need to have a home on tour to attend and view properties! If you would like to participate in a tour but don’t currently have a home scheduled to be on tour, please contact the Tour Coordinator to confirm home tour details. Before showing up to attend the tours, please contact the tour coordinators to confirm that the tour is still scheduled.

  • Buyers agents, you can discover new listings and find the gems your buyers want.

Add Your Listings to the Conversation

Place your listings on our virtual tour to help get them sold. If you want to add your listing on the tour, be sure to mark it as a Home Tour in ARMLS® on Mondays before noon.

Where and When to Gather

Join us for the tour meeting on Tuesday mornings at 8:30 AM. Please join us at Rothery Center at 3305 E. Fry Blvd., Sierra Vista, AZ 85635.

Pinal County Home Tours

In the spirit of helping boost home sales, your WeSERV Pinal County Chapter of REALTORS® and affiliates bring to you Pinal County Home Tours.

These home tours are an excellent way to showcase your listings and network with fellow REALTORS®.

  • Listing Agents – promote your sellers’ homes
  • Buyers Agents – preview and compare properties to show clients

Connect and network with REALTORS® buying and selling throughout Pinal County. Build relationships and sell homes.

All REALTORS® & Affiliates are welcome to attend the tour--with or without a home on tour.

Confirm your tour details with the tour coordinator prior to attending. If you haven't toured with us before, please note that everyone on tour meets at the stated tour location and tours the homes together. This gives an opportunity for everyone to view the homes and complete the feedback/comment sheet so listing agents can share this information with their sellers. It is necessary for a licensed agent to be present for each listing shown and stay for the duration of the tour. These tours are caravan-style.

Attendance for these tours is complimentary, and there is no cost to add listings to the tours. You don't have to have a home on tour to attend. Before showing up to attend the tours, please contact the tour coordinators to confirm that the tour is still scheduled.

Home Tour Placement

  • Listings placed on tour are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Agents can register up to two (2) properties per tour. Additional properties must be registered under the next tour.
  • If an agent has two (2) properties on the same tour, the agent must bring a second licensed agent to ride along and present the second property.
  • Send your MLS Plano with your contact information to the tour coordinator no later than two business days before the tour.

Depending on the lack of listing submissions, tours may be postponed. If you plan to attend, please contact the tour coordinator the day before the tour to confirm it’s taking place.

Tour Sponsorship

WeSERV affiliates, are you interested in sponsoring the Pinal Home Tours? Sponsorship includes providing light breakfast items (for example, donuts, bagels, granola bars, coffee, etc.), a $25 gift card for drawings, and going on tour. Santa Cruz County Home Tours

In the spirit of helping boost home sales, your WeSERV Santa Cruz County Chapter of REALTORS® and affiliates bring Santa Cruz County Home Tours to you.

These home tours are an excellent way to showcase your listings and network with fellow REALTORS®.

  • Listing Agents – promote your sellers' homes
  • Buyers Agents – preview and compare properties to show clients

We encourage REALTORS® to add listings to the tours. Connect and network with other REALTORS® buying and selling throughout Nogales, Rio Rico, and Tubac to build relationships and sell homes. Both ARMLS® and MLSSAZ listings are allowed. Compensation offers are made only to Participants of the MLS website where the listing is filed.

Tours will be held at location in the area of the tour and will alternate highlighting one of the following areas:

  • Nogales
  • East Rio Rico/ East Tubac
  • West Rio Rico/ West Tubac

All REALTORS® and affiliates are welcome to attend the tour with or without a home on tour. Attendance for these tours is complimentary, and there is no cost to add listings. The tours allow members and affiliates to view the houses and complete the feedback/comment sheet so listing agents can share this information with their sellers.

Tour Rules

  • If you haven't toured with us before, please note that everyone on tour meets after the SCC Chapter Member Meetings (held on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month and once a month during the summer and December at a specified location), tours the homes together caravan-style, and attends in the order presented on the tour sheet. We recommend carpooling; however, the choice is yours.
  • The listing agent or the listing agent representative is responsible for attending the SCC Chapter Member Meeting. If no one is available at the Chapter Member Meeting to open the house, we will not show it.  
  • As the listing agent, you may have an agent from your office represent you at the house; they should be familiar with the listing they represent.   
  • Listing agents attending the tour are highly encouraged to see all the houses on tour.

Home Tour Placement

  • Listings placed on tour are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • You may resubmit a house for a tour a second time; however, the Chapter Office/Tour Coordinator will determine whether or not to add the listing to the tour. 

Add Your Listings to Tour

  • Contact Gina Peters at 520-256-5922 or gpsellsazhomes@gmail.com.
  • Include the ARMLS® or MLSSAZ MLS number and address of the property.
  • Add your listing to the tour no later than the Tuesday before the tour.

Get Your Listing On the Map

The WeSERV Marketing Home Tours Committee works to bring Association members the opportunity to showcase their listings. The sole purpose is to utilize one another and ultimately get your REALTOR® colleagues to walk through your listing and help get it sold.

Getting on a Marketing Home Tour

Getting on a Marketing Home Tour is an easy and rewarding process. Follow this simple guide, and you’ll be well on your way to marketing your next home tour.

Step One

Locate the Tour Coordinator for the city you wish to participate in.

Step Two

Submit the MLS Buyer Page to the appropriate Tour Coordinator.

Step Three

The Tour Coordinator will contact you within 24-48 hours with detailed information that includes:

  • Date as to when your home will be shown.
  • The time when the Home Tour will commence.
  • The location of the Home Tour meeting.
  • Contact information should you have any additional questions.
