Returning/Transfer Membership
Returning
Are you returning to real estate, and were a member of WeSERV or a member of another REALTOR® Association? Welcome back!
If you haven't attended a Code of Ethics class for the current cycle, we'll ask you to complete the requirement within your first 90 days of membership.
Transfers
If you are transferring from another Association, we'll request a Letter of Good Standing from your current Association. If you've already received one, please include it with your application. In addition, if you've completed a Code of Ethics class for the current cycle, please include a copy of your certificate. If you haven't attended an approved Code of Ethics class, be prepared to register for one during your first 90 days at WeSERV.
We don't charge transfer fees or office fees!
About Member Dues
Dues amounts may vary for new and returning REALTORS® based on the time of year you join and proration terms for NAR, AAR, and WeSERV. If you were a member last year, NAR and AAR will charge you full annual dues for this year. For the most current dues amounts, contact our service team. Dues are nonrefundable and nontransferable. REALTOR® association membership is annual, from January 1-December 31. Dues are due every January 1.
Secondary Membership
What does it mean to be a secondary member? It means that you have the benefits of membership at another local association, but you pay your National Association dues to your primary REALTOR® association. If you're primary association is in another state, you also gain benefits from the secondary state association.
When you join as a secondary member, we'll request a Letter of Good Standing from your primary Association. If you already have one, please include it with your application or email it membership@weserv.realtor. The letter will confirm that you paid your national, state, and local association dues for the current year.
In-State Secondary Dues
Because you pay your primary REALTOR® association your national and state dues, we'll collect only WeSERV dues and an application fee.
Out-of-State Secondary Dues
Because you pay your primary REALTOR® association your national dues, we'll collect Arizona REALTORS®, WeSERV dues, and an application fee.
