Complete these forms if you're joining the Association, changing your MLS subscription, transferring offices or companies, need to transfer a listing, updating your member or brokerage information, or updating your membership status.

Sever Notice

This notice will serve as a written notification to sever a member (or members) with the Association. The agents listed on the form will no longer be affiliated with the brokerage indicated. Please Note: This form is for DR’s only.

Withdrawal Form

This form will allow a member to withdraw from membership with the Association (a period not to exceed three years).

Listing Transfer

This form is used when you’ve transferred brokerages, and you now need your listings to be moved with you. Please Note: Several signatures are required on this form.

MLS Admin Personnel Access Agreement

This form is used when a Broker or their subscribers employ administrative personnel, personal assistants, or secretarial personnel, whether or not they hold a real estate license, and need access to the ARMLS® system to the extent necessary for them to perform their duties with and for the broker or MLS subscriber.

Multiple Listing Service® Only Participant

MLS Only Participants (Sales Participant and Designated Participants) are not considered “full” members of the Association and will not receive certain benefits, not limited to access to TransactionDesk® and free continuing education classes.

There must be an MLS only designated participant (real estate broker) for a sales participant (real estate licensee) to be MLS only. Fees are due in full at the time of application, then annually by January 2. Fees do not prorate. MLS dues are separate and paid to ARMLS® annually and due by your anniversary date.
