REALTOR® of the Year Award
Tireless and meaningful service to WeSERV, participates in activities that have a positive impact on the members of WeSERV, professional and ethical conduct, takes part in community service projects and initiatives.
Lifetime Leadership Award
In order to be eligible for the Lifetime Leadership Award, an individual must be a WeSERV REALTOR® member who has served at least ten years in any role on behalf of the association at WeSERV, AAR, ARMLS®, or NAR with distinction.
Affiliate of the Year Award
Tireless and meaningful service to WeSERV, participates in activities that have a positive impact on the members of WeSERV, professional and ethical conduct, takes part in community service projects and initiatives.
Affiliate Leadership Award
In order to be eligible for the Lifetime Leadership Award, an individual must be a WeSERV Affiliate member who has served at least ten years in any role on behalf of the association at WeSERV, AR, ARMLS®, or NAR with distinction.
Rising Star Award
This award shall be given to a WeSERV member who is age 40 or younger and has made a difference in the industry through leadership, teamwork, community involvement, and been an overall inspiration to other professionals.
Global REALTOR® of the Year Award
This award is granted to a distinguished member of the Global-International REALTOR® community who has helped to promote the REALTOR® organization and brand outside of the United States.
Heritage Award
In order to be eligible for the Heritage Award, an individual must be a WeSERV REALTOR® member who is over 70 years old. The award will be given in recognition of outstanding services to the association and has made a difference in the industry through leadership, team work, community involvement, and been an overall inspiration to other professionals.
Instructor of the Year Award
This award shall be given to an individual who has taught for, or on behalf of, WeSERV and has made an obvious impact in the WeSERV educational program.
