SB1171 Includes:
- Change in what a permitted address includes
- Changes regarding the Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Reduced requirements for licensure as a salesperson or broker
- Reduced requirement for licensure as a broker
- New designated broker requirements
- Changes to continuing education requirements when a license is in Inactive status
- Increase in the amount of personal funds that may be held in trust accounts
- New Broker Management Clinic (BMC) requirements for designated brokers if a company provides property management services
