Karyn MacVean is a distinguished leader in the commercial real estate industry, currently serving as the Senior Real Estate Coordinator at the Arizona Commerce Authority. With over a decade of experience, she has built a reputation as an expert in site selection, tenant representation, business development, and project management. Her career is marked by a commitment to excellence and a diverse clientele, ranging from local businesses to international corporations.

Previously, Karyn was the founding principal and designated broker of North Star Commercial Real Estate Advisors, where her leadership and dedication fueled the firm's growth. Her role in the Arizona Spaceport Alliance highlights her innovative approach, using her real estate expertise to support the aerospace sector in Arizona.

Karyn's contributions to the industry have been recognized with numerous accolades, including being named one of the "50 Most Influential Women in Arizona" by AZRE magazine. She serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee Chairperson for ULI Arizona. She is actively involved with the Arizona Technology Council, the Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and the Arizona Space Business Roundtable. Beyond her professional achievements, Karyn is dedicated to community service, focusing on economic development and social infrastructure. Her strategic vision and leadership continue to distinguish her as a leading figure in the real estate industry.
