About this Event
Disclosure has long been one of the biggest issues in real estate transactions. But what happens when agents and clients don't properly disclose? In this class, you will participate in a mock Professional Standards hearing where you can be the judge of who didn't correctly disclose and the resulting punishment. We’ll take a closer look at common issues regarding disclosure, proper disclosure by agents, and strategies to ensure your clients do the same! Schedule

Torey Gannon
Torey Gannon is an Arizona native who has found her home in the real estate industry. Among her many volunteer efforts, she currently serves as the 2023 WeSERV Chairperson of the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Chair of the Grievance Committee at AAR, on the Professional Standards Committee at WeSERV, and as an Ombudsman for AAR and WeSERV. As Good Oak Real Estate's Owner and CEO, Torey helps agents daily with various challenges and uses her experience with the code of ethics and social media skills to help build a positive business. Torey enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters when she isn't brokering or teaching.
