During the past 21 years, Rochelle has been highly successful in a variety of financial roles. As a Senior Personal Banker, Rochelle rapidly became an annual winner of the National Sales & Service Award only given to the top 2% of employees. She was able to assist customers in achieving their financial goals by specializing in home equity loans, simple home loan refinances, establishing bank products, and more.
After years of consistent success, Rochelle was promoted to the commercial merchant processing division. During that time, she was able to help hundreds of small and large business owners drive and retain more customers. Over a few years, Rochelle became a multi-million dollar producer, developing strong 'business-to-business' relationships in the Phoenix area. After exceeding all of her personal goals in this role, Rochelle took a 'leap of faith' and made an exciting decision to attempt success in a new capacity. Rochelle became a Mortgage Banker where she learned the intricacies of originating, underwriting and loan processing.

Rochelle became a Realtor® because of her ambition to always have an impact on the community.
