Tom Donnell

Thomas is a graduate of SJSU with a degree in Business/Marketing. He also holds certificates from CFG Real Estate Marketing Finances and The Arizona School of Real Estate and Business. He is a member of "Biltmore Who's Who" and recipient of their Executive of the year award-an award honored to those who have demonstrated Leadership and Achievement in their industry in 2010-2011. Tom is also a member of the SEVRAR Real Estate board in AZ. Tom began his real estate career as an investor in 2000 with his focus initially being that of foreclosures, rehabbing and flipping properties. For the first couple of years he performed many transactions creating a small lucrative business. As he studied the Real Estate market and all it's possibilities, he realized there was a greater need.
Through the market ups/downs there were individuals-families still searching for the "American Dream". He found that most people, whether real estate savvy or not, still required assistance to some level in pursue of home ownership. He began to utilize what he calls his " Circle of Wealth" team. This team consists of key players in the real estate market, making Tom the "Source of the Source". Tom has been able to purchase, close and assist others in the real estate transaction market successfully for the past 15 years. It's not until recently that he has found himself in a greater calling and associated with TCTRealEstate (The Cascade Team).
The Philosophies and Service that TCT brings to the table just confirms that Tom is in the right place doing the right thing, and that is helping and serving others with their successful real estate transactions through TCT's many unique options they offer. Tom and his wife reside in Gilbert, AZ and are enjoying their time, freedom, a
