My name is Referenda McNeal. I am a Real Estate professional/Realtor, Home Specialist and A Registered Nurse. I studied Nursing at Gateway Community College , and graduated at Phoenix Community College and got my RN (Registered Nurse) license. I also studied at Arizona School of Real Estate and Business and got my real estate license and became a Realtor. I'm originally from the Philippines. I have lived in Arizona since 1994 and have called Arizona my Home and place to raise my 3 children. We enjoy people, seasons, culture and many outdoor activities available to us.
In my practice of real estate I am well known for great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in transaction: buyers, sellers, cooperating agents. Many other agents I have worked with do not share my same paradigm which has made it a priority for me to ensure a better way. My approach to any transaction is this, "It is about the people, not the agent ". I know what it means to communicate and I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction making buying or selling positive and seamless!
