Danica Scipione

I was raised in North Phoenix, and then moved to Tempe to attend Arizona State University. After graduating with my BS in Human Resource Management, I moved to the beautiful southeast valley where I have lived for over 30 years. I currently reside in Chandler. My extensive knowledge of the area makes me a genuine asset to my clients. I have been a full time real estate agent since 2012 and work with both buyers and sellers. Throughout these years, real estate has become my passion! I enjoy working with all kinds of clients, from first time home buyers to seniors buying in active adult communities. I've also worked with investors, including short term rental purchases.
Real estate is one of the most important investments a person will make and whether they are purchasing or selling a home; my attention to detail and commitment to my clients will make it a rewarding and positive experience.
