Sue Emerson has lived in Arizona for over 45 years and she has genuinely observed the explosive growth along with the housing upturns and downturns. She is familiar with many areas of the valley including neighborhoods, subdivisions, school districts, shopping, dining as well as local and cultural events.

Prior to becoming an Arizona Licensed Real Estate Broker, Sue’s professional background included industries such as mortgage; computer networking; and general contracting while managing the accounting, bookkeeping and Human Resource departments. This varied background allows her to have a broad range of awareness, knowledge and experience.

Sue experienced the importance of high-quality teamwork while being on several teams when earning her degrees, and working in a variety of industries.
