We are in a real estate market where opportunities to sell your home or find your next one come and go very quickly! Those clients who are not adequately prepared by their real estate agent to take advantage of those opportunities will be forced to wait and hope another one comes along. Personally, I prefer not to rely on “hope” alone as our main strategy for success! That is why, unlike other agents, when I start working with a new client, I begin preparing them immediately to be ready for the right opportunity, whenever it comes along.

Growing up in Nebraska before moving to Arizona almost 25 years ago, my family and I have personally bought and sold several homes. Each time, I felt like I was trying to move faster than my agent. I’m not sure how many opportunities we missed because of this, but I hated feeling like things were happening all around me and we were fighting to play catch-up. When I got into real estate in 2016 after a nearly 20 year career in finance and human resources, I vowed to keep my clients from having to feel the same way. I would much rather you be ready to move forward but take your time than not be ready and miss out on your dream home!

I firmly believe in continuous learning. I am both an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) and a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS®).

My husband and I enjoy traveling after picking up the travel bug during my years in the airline industry. We are empty nesters as our adult daughters have moved out into the world. Our two maltipoos still keep us on our toes, though.
