After receiving a master’s degree from Arizona State University in 1996 I obtained State of Arizona Real Estate License (in 2002) and began developing a very productive Real Estate Practice in the Phoenix Metro Area. Since that time, I’ve grown into a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and Team Leader. In early 2007, my practice shifted to focusing on the Phoenix Area Distressed Properties Market (Short Sales & Foreclosures). This provided an opportunity to assist Phoenix area homeowners in avoiding foreclosure. I was the focus of several local newspaper articles as a specialist in the listing and selling Short Sales & Foreclosures. I obtained my Broker’s License in early 2009 and joined Solutions Real Estate.
I was honored with an appointment to Chair the Board of Directors at Solutions Real Estate. Since that time my practice and Team was repeatedly recognized as a “Top Producing Team” at Solutions Real Estate and I consistently was recognized and positioned in the Top 5% at Solutions Real Estate, earning Awards and Recognition for Sales Volume. I’ve also have had the opportunity to Mentor New Agents and manage a successful Team covering the entire Valley with a group of strong, dedicated Buyer Agents. Now with HomeSmart, I’m fortunate to utilize my skill set and experience to serve both Buyers and Sellers throughout the Valley.
