Melissa Ahrendt

I am currently a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist with designation from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. While being a licensed Real Estate Agent and Marketing Specialist since 2018, I've been a Real Estate Appraiser since 1988. My background is varied, from appraising high rise condominiums on Coronado Island in California, Horse properties in San Luis Obispo County on the Central Coast of California, Custom Cottages on the Columbia River Gorge in Washington and currently mountain side, lake view and golf view Luxury Homes in Arizona. I was also asked to be a Review Appraiser in the great recession and after 4 years of intense work for B of A, WAMU and Landsafe, my loved ones passing made me stop and think about how I could better serve my own health, my living loved one and others. My goal is to keep bringing more and more value from my past knowledge and experience, in addition to continuing to learn from all the amazing industry leaders I continue to meet in this community. I never want to be the smartest one in the room because I always want to be growing, learning and giving more, for the rest of my life.
