Mondai Adair

Mondai has worked continually with some aspect of homes and building design since 1994 when she graduated from Tennessee with both architectural and interior design degrees. She has worked at top corporate design companies for 13 years, starting as an intern while in college. She began her 2nd career in real estate in 2004 and became "Rookie of the Year 2005" for best office production in her first year. She recently joined "The Home Selling Team" with Keller Williams East Valley, a top producing real estate team in the Southeast Valley that specializes in building client and referral relationships within the valleys most desirable masterplanned communities. Their focus is on creating longterm relationships by building connections to create award winning communities.

Mondai has maintained the Multi-million Dollar Producer Award with the South East Association of Realtors by loving what she does. She has used her background of project management and focus on customer service to successfully help buyers, sellers and investors with all their real estate needs. As an investor herself, she has the knowledge to assist clients with building wealth and posterity for future generations. She's created a home staging business and assists clients with interior design guidance and home staging, if necessary, to get the most money when selling their homes. Mondai strives to provide each client with a five star real estate experience at every step of the real estate process.
