Carolyn Horning

Carolyn and her husband, Joel (he's a Duck fan) are native Oregonians and relocated to Arizona with their Rhodesian Ridgeback, Skye and two horses, Travis and Lexi to start a new chapter in their life called "The Encore."
As a realtor, Carolyn is committed to her clients to provide the best possible experience finding their dream home! Her mission is to provide each client unlimited customer service, honesty, integrity and a life long work ethic to create lasting relationships!
Carolyn brings to the real estate world a working knowledge of the horse industry including experience with small horse properties, training barns and boarding facilities. With over 40 years in the horse industry, Carolyn has trained, shown and guided riders to over 25 Reserve World and World titles in performance horse competition.
In addition to Carolyn's professional career in the horse industry, she had an extensive background in the legal field which has provided valuable negotiation and contract writing skills.
As a resident of Estrella Mountain Ranch in the West Valley, she is very passionate about her community and the outstanding lifestyle it has to offer! If you are not a horse enthusiast, she is more than happy to assist with a residential property, minus the horses!
Simply put, Carolyn loves horses, real estate and Arizona!
