The real estate business is all about relationships. As a REALTOR®, I love being able to step in and help clients make sense of the home buying and selling process. Whether it's advising them how to de- clutter their home or what to expect in terms of paperwork, it's incredibly gratifying to be the person who says "everything is going to be okay." Just being able to state with confidence that I am on my clients' side is one of the most rewarding aspects of this career!
Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I had various interests and jobs, including working as a physical education coach for children, a health and nutrition coach, a personal trainer, an aerobic instructor, and a women's athletic trainer—the first of my kind at GoldenWest College in Huntington Beach, California. Needless to say, I'm a flexible person who appreciates change, but mostly, I simply love people! My background in service has helped shape me into an effective and personable agent.
I hold numerous professional designations, including GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative), and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). The latter is especially important, considering that I live, work, and play in Sun City Grand; my knowledge of this market and robust education are what help me achieve truly excellent results for all of my clients. In my 18 years of work as a REALTOR®, I've earned a number of awards, including Long Realty "Pro of the Year 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019”, Circle of Excellence 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 and Top Referring Agent 2016 in addition, the West Maricopa Association of Realtors Residential Individual Platinum Award 2016, 2017 and 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.
