As a listing agent I provide a pre-listing consultation to discuss ways to optimize your return, staging advice, professional photography, full marketing package, and excellent communication throughout the transaction. I come with over 20 years' experience in the Real Estate world .....first as an Appraiser, then a Real Estate Managing Broker, added in Property Management, always doing home projects, to now working as a Loan Officer. All of that education and experience is utilized to your benefit. I take a lot of pride in my communication, follow thru, and timeliness with everyone involved in the transaction because it takes a Team Effort to get YOU the best results. I also enjoy taking time to enjoy this life we are living to recharge my brain and passion for this industry. My favorite things to do pretty much revolve around water, beaches, nature, or crafty home improvements. I also have 3 dogs insist on a walk or two every day.
